We only had the afternoon to spend in Napa, but it was definitely worth the drive. Josh taking in the aromas of his tasting First stop, Frog’s Leap Winery. Sitting at a quaint table on the patio under heat lamps, we took in the serene views of the vineyards. Even pregnant, I [...] Halfway- This past week I hit the halfway point of my pregnancy and the first half of my second trimester has just flown by! It helps that my energy level is high and besides a few “growing pains”, I feel great! Growing- I am growing for sure as the bump is becoming a little more noticeable…. [...] Saturday was Josh’s birthday, and with cooperation of beautiful weather, we enjoyed a great day of celebration. In the am Josh opened some gifts from me and few others from my parents and his parents over a waffle breakfast. I got him a fire pit for the backyard and a new power drill for projects [...] I know turning 30 is a big milestone and some people are not too thrilled when it approaches. Many people are anxious to say goodbye to their 20′s and worried about being the big 3-0. For me that is not the case. I am blessed with so much and feel healthy, fit and [...] Call it what you will… a “babymoon” a pre-baby getaway or a vacation, but our little trip to Charleston last week might have been one of the last vacations the two of us take alone before the baby arrives. I am sure we will get in some weekend trips, but Josh’s work schedule doesn’t allow [...] |
