Since this little man is going to be my parents’ first grandchild, my mom was pondering what she wanted to be called. I guess Grandma just wasn’t going to cut it! We’d been mulling over ideas… Nana, Grindy (Josh’s idea- a mix between grandma and Cindy), Me ma, Mimi, Granny… and we finally found just the right fit…

While Mia and Aunt Bobbi were here, we completed many baby preparation tasks. We worked on some nursery decorations, washed clothes and bedding, put the crib skirt on the crib, found a coming home from the hospital outfit and shopped for necessary nursing clothes.
Here’s the nursery progress and one of my little helpers. The shelf was a decorating project we worked on. Aunt Bobbi painted, Josh hung it up and my mom and I decorated. More nursery pictures soon.
