This is the first recipe I’ve actually created on my own without adapting or researching other recipes. I just decided that my bruschetta recipe would be great as a salad, so I tried it out. I proved myself right. It’s quick, healthy and delicious!
BRUSCHETTA SALAD 4-5 large handfuls lettuce of your choice We’ve been waiting and waiting for summer to arrive here in London and yesterday it was here no doubt!
